Luke Daniels
Co-President
Luke Daniels is Co-President of Cass Street, with more than 25 years of experience spanning acquisitions, entitlements, design, capitalization and development. Previously, he held leadership roles at Anton, The Richman Group and Trammell Crow Residential. Luke has capitalized and developed more than 6,000 residences and 150,000 square feet of commercial space, representing over $2 billion in value. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Michael Yanicelli
Co-President
Michael Yanicelli is Co-President and co-founder of Cass Street, bringing more than 25 years of multifamily development and acquisition experience. Previously, he led development across Southern California and Arizona for Anton DevCo, following leadership roles at StreetLights Residential and Alliance Residential. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
